Banana paste or Bananada is made from banana puree and sugar. The mixture was boiled on a low fire, to be thickened. They pack it and let it cool.
It is used in various recipes for cakes, rolls, cookies, pies and other pastries, but we can spread on a slice of bread or pancakes as well.
